Job Summary:

Deer Creek Golf Course is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant. As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our golfing community. This position requires a passion for golf, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to assist golfers with their needs.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

– Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

– Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and sales transactions.

Tee Time Management:

– Coordinate and manage tee time reservations.

– Ensure an organized and efficient flow of golfers on the course.

– Communicate effectively with the golf course staff to optimize customer experience.

Cash Handling:

– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

– Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.

Requirements:

– Knowledge of golf and a genuine passion for the sport.

– Excellent customer service and communication skills.

– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

– Cash handling experience is a plus.

– Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
